The rules

How The Predictor Works

01
  • Predict Home Win, Draw or Away Win for every match.
  • Correct prediction = 3 points.
  • Skipped match = 1 point.
  • Wrong prediction = 0 points.
  • Predictions lock at kickoff and stay hidden until then.
  • Highest score at the final whistle wins.
Why it's better

Knowledge Beats Luck

02

A sweepstake gives you a random team and asks you to pray. A predictor asks you to think. Form, lineups, fatigue, weather, motivation — they all count. The best football brain wins, not the luckiest draw.

Built for groups

Invite Your Office, Mates Or Family

03
  • Private leagues with invite-only links.
  • Live leaderboard updates after every match.
  • Hidden picks until kickoff — zero copying.
  • Family leagues let one adult manage up to 12 household players.

104 Matches Of Pure Drama

04

Group stage through to the final on 19 July 2026. Every fixture earns you points. Skip the ones you genuinely can't call and still pocket a single point — but the players who back themselves every time are the ones who finish top.

Frequently asked

How does the Kickov predictor scoring work?
Three points for a correct match outcome (home win, draw or away win). One point if you skip a match. Zero for a wrong pick. Highest score at the end of the tournament wins.
When do predictions lock?
Picks lock automatically at kickoff. Everyone's predictions stay hidden from other entrants until then, so no one can copy.
Can I change a prediction?
Yes — up until the match kicks off. After that the pick is final and the result settles automatically once the score is confirmed.
How many matches are in the 2026 World Cup?
104 matches across the expanded 48-team format — group stage, round of 32, round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, third-place play-off and the final.
